Apollo Pharmacy Terms & Conditions
1.This is an Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card/Gift Card/ Gift Voucher (GV/GC). It would be accepted at Apollo 24/7 on the website & listed as Apollo Pharmacy Outlets and not on any other products/services.
2.A Customer can redeem only 2 (Two) GV/GCs per day at the participating Apollo Pharmacy outlets and on the web one card will be accepted in one bill.
3.The person with the Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card/GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
4.Apollo Pharmacy/GyFTR is not responsible if the E-Healing Card/GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
5.Request the cashier to use the Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card) to redeem this 16-digit Card No and its PIN No. Call Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care at 1860 500 0101 for any issues.
6.Only One E-Healing Card/GV/GC can be used in one bill/transaction. Also, this is a One-time use E-Healing Card/GV/GC with an expiration date.
7.No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the E-Healing Card/GV/GC will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8.Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card/GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
9.No other discounts (Including but not limited to offers like SSO and PL bill busters) can be availed while redeeming the Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card/GV/GC.
10.Any dispute related to the E-Healing Card/GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11.Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw the E-Healing Card/GV/GC scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
12.This Apollo E-Healing Card/GV/GC can be redeemed only at Apollo Pharmacy Retail stores and on www.apollopharmacy.in for medicines, FMCG, and Apollo Brands.
13.Apollo E-Healing Card/GV/GC is not valid for doctor consultations, lab tests, or health checks.
14.Once Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card/GV/GC has been billed, items purchased with it cannot be returned or exchanged.
15.Apollo E-Healing Card/GV/GC does not apply to all baby food category products, both offline and online.
16.You can call to Customer Care Center for any query related to E-Healing Card/GV/GC.

- Gift Vouchers CAN be clubbed with selective in store promotions/offers
- This GV/GC is not valid for doctor consultations, lab tests or health checks.
- This GV/GC is not applicable to all baby food category products offline.
